Shipping & Returns
Production and Shipping times will vary from product to product so the best way to check your shipping charges is to add everything to your shopping basket then use the calculate shipping tool by inputting your address in the required fields.
Your order will always be dispatched to the Shipping address that you stated when you placed your order. If you realise that you have noted the wrong address please contact us immediately. If we have already shipped the items and the address that you noted in your order was incorrect, you will need to wait until it is returned to us or reorder your items. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on orders with incorrect shipping information.
Items will be shipped upon availability and therefore your order may ship in multiple packages.
Unfortunately, any products that have been made to your specific requirements (i.e. all of the products in our personalised range) cannot be returned.
If you have placed an order for a personalised product and have misspelt something when placing your order, it cannot be returned. Any omissions in telling us what you would like in your personalised order is not the fault of Tie the Knot Invitations.
Personalised products cannot be returned unless there is a fault with the item or incorrect personalisation on the final product which is the fault of Tie the Knot Invitations.
All personalised designs are confirmed by the customer before they are sent to print, so if you confirmed your design and it is incorrect upon receipt we cannot refund the item.
Art Prints & Canvas Prints
Art Prints and Canvas Prints are all made to order and ship separately to other products. Shipping varies from product to product so the best way to calculate your shipping fee is to add the products to your cart then calculate your shipping by inputting
Any digital products in your order will be available to download once your order has been processed.
You have 30 days to advise us of a problem with any digital downloads product. You have the right to a replacement of any faulty digital items. Problems with your computer’s ability to open the files or use the downloadable file does not mean that there is a fault with the product. If you have a problem with downloading your digital items, please see our FAQs for more information.
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods (Excluding digital downloads) properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and any return shipping costs. Please return the unused goods to us with a copy of your order number enclosed within 30 days and we will offer you an exchange or a credit note.
Once we have received the products and are happy with the condition we will issue your exchange or a credit note.
If you decide to return any item(s) (Excluding digital downloads) you must advise us that you wish to cancel the item(s) within 14 days and return your order within 14 days after advising us that you wish to return the goods.
Items are only classified as faulty if they arrive damaged, the printing is of poor quality or the wrong product has been sent. As colour varies from monitor to monitor slight colour variations are not considered a fault in the product.
If there is any damage to your items upon delivery, we will require photographs of any damage so that we can process your replacement items or refund and file a claim with the postal or courier service.
If you are returning any items, you must contact us prior to sending the items so that we are aware of their return. Please keep your proof of return postage until we have confirmed by email that all of your returned items have been processed. Once we have confirmed receipt of the item(s) and we are happy with the condition we will process your exchange or issue a refund or credit note.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on orders with incorrect shipping information.
If you wish to return any of our garments they must be returned to us in the original unbroken packaging, clean, unworn and unwashed and with all the original tags and labels attached.
If any item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may send it back to you so please ensure that it is packaged securely.
We will refund you for any returned items (excluding the original delivery charges and any return shipping costs or customs fees) as long as they are in the same condition as we sent them. Once we have received the item(s) and we are happy with the condition we will issue your refund and advise you
All sales of digital products are final. No exchanges or refunds will be offered if you change your mind.

International Orders and Customs Charges:
Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs charges and taxes, applied by the destination country’s customs office. Your cart will not reflect these duties as they are applied at the time of arrival by the customs office that received them, and are not applied to or collected by Tie the Knot Invitations. Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. For more information on import taxes, please contact your local customs office directly.
If you decide that you do not want to pay your customs charges, your item will automatically be returned to us by the customs office. If the item does not arrive back to us, this is out of our hands and no refund will be offered. It is your responsibility as a customer to cover your own country’s customs fees.
